BB-150 C

Bulk Bagging System

The all new BB-150C is designed for use with non-free flowing products such as compost, top soil, mulch and bark. Included is a ‘boat’ hopper that feeds product to the infeed conveyor using a belt, It includes screw agitator to ensure product does not compact and bridge. The infeed directs product to a chute before the FIBC. Product is weighed in the bag on a platform scales. Weights can be altered using the weigh indicator.

Operators are to place tunneled or looped bags onto the forks of the forklift or telehandler, once in place the operator starts the filling process by pressing a button on the supplied key fob and the product is released, once the bulk bag is filled the system will then refill to the desired weighment ready for the next operator in only 17 seconds.

The system will work with many different products and can be customised to the users specifications. Built to a high standard the systems are guaranteed to withstand 20 years of service even with the most abrasive raw materials.

The Bulk Bagging machine can fill bulk bags with a variety of products. RMGroup are able to provide the right system for our customers needs. We have designed bespoke machines like the BB150C to suit the requirements of our customers.  For products with poor flow characteristics RMGroup Design Engineers have developed an in-feed system to promote the flow and minimises bridging in the hopper.
