Manual Bagging for A J Champions

Aggregate Sack Filling Machinery – RMGroup engineers have just completed an installation of machinery equipment for aggregate at A.J Champions & Son, Builders merchants & haulage contractors based in Radstock.

The installation which is to pack and bag all types of aggregates, consists of a MB-500 capable of producing 700 bags per hour, accompanied by a Bag Flattener Conveyor, Rumble Roller Conveyor, Kicker and a Bag Transfer Conveyor.

To complete the manual bagging line an ABB IRB 640 Palletising robot was installed automating the palletising.

Its seven years since the last installation with AJ champion, we look forward to working with them long into the future.
